About Pop-Up Nomads
Pop-Up Nomads is an informal, community-based project for nomads, travelers, and people drawn to life on the road.
The website provides information about the community, Pop-Up camping, caravans, events, meetups, Discord participation, and related activities.
Pop-Up Nomads is intended for adults age 18 and older.
Website Information
We try to keep information on PopUpNomads.com accurate and current, but nomadic travel is flexible by nature.
Event dates, routes, locations, availability, prices, camping arrangements, amenities, activities, participating hosts, access requirements, and other details may change at any time.
Information on the website should not be treated as a guarantee that a particular event, campsite, route, amenity, or opportunity will be available.
Community and Event Access
Joining the Pop-Up Nomads Discord does not guarantee access to Pop-Up camps, caravans, private properties, or other limited-access events.
Certain activities are restricted to Vetted Campers, which may require that you:
join the Pop-Up Nomads Discord;
meet the organizers in person;
follow applicable community guidelines; and
receive a personal invitation before participating.
Pop-Up Nomads reserves the right to decline, revoke, or end participation in community activities when reasonably necessary for safety, host requirements, community guidelines, property rules, or the well-being of the community.
Events, Camping, and Separate Agreements
These website Terms do not replace the rules, waivers, agreements, or instructions associated with individual Pop-Up Nomads events or properties.
Camping events may require participants to agree to a separate liability waiver, property rules, community guidelines, host requirements, or other event-specific terms before participating.
Those event-specific agreements control the activity they relate to.
Shared Camping Costs
Pop-Up Nomads may organize shared camps where participants divide campground, property, utility, or other group costs.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these arrangements are intended as shared-cost arrangements among community members, not as the sale of lodging or a commercial accommodation service by Pop-Up Nomads.
PopUpNomads.com does not currently process camping payments, bookings, credit cards, or other payment information.
Outdoor and Travel Risks
Camping, hiking, disc golf, caravanning, vehicle travel, campfires, outdoor recreation, interaction with animals, changing weather, terrain, public lands, private properties, and other activities discussed on the website involve inherent risks.
Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and is not a guarantee of safety or suitability.
Participation in any actual event is subject to its own applicable waiver, rules, conditions, and personal judgment.
Third-Party Properties and Services
Pop-Up Nomads may reference or link to private landowners, campgrounds, Hipcamp listings or hosts, Discord, Google, Framer, social media platforms, mapping services, event organizers, or other third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these parties are independent third parties and are not owned, operated, or controlled by Pop-Up Nomads.
A reference to a company, property, service, host, or platform does not necessarily imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or responsibility for Pop-Up Nomads.
Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the original writing, graphics, branding, photographs, videos, event materials, designs, and other content created for PopUpNomads.com are owned by their respective creators or used with permission.
You may view and share links to the website for personal, noncommercial purposes.
Nothing on the website grants ownership of Pop-Up Nomads branding or other protected material.
Content You Provide
If you voluntarily provide photographs, videos, testimonials, writing, or other material directly to Pop-Up Nomads for publication or use, you represent that you have the right to provide that material and give us permission to use it for the purpose for which it was submitted, including on the website, community channels, social media, and related Pop-Up Nomads materials.

PopUpNomads.com does not currently provide user accounts, public comments, forums, or public posting features.
Community conversations take place primarily through third-party platforms such as Discord and are subject to separate community rules and platform terms.
